Are Gift cards from the previous spa ownership accepted?
Gift cards from the previous spa ownership are not accepted. We’re delighted to welcome you to the newly operated Spa at the Wharf! Under new ownership and management, we’re committed to exceptional service. Thank you for your understanding.
Arrival and Check-In
Arrival Time: Please arrive at the spa reception on the third floor at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. This allows ample time for you to check-in, complete any necessary forms, and enjoy an orientation tour of our facility. Arriving late will result in a reduction of treatment time, as all treatments will end at the originally scheduled time.
Getting Here: The Spa at The Wharf is located inside the InterContinental Washington D.C. – The Wharf. Upon entering the Hotel Lobby, take the elevators up to the third floor, where our sanctuary awaits.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Any changes made less than 24 hours prior to your treatment will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment price. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the total service price. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to offer the best possible service to all our guests.
Service Charges
Service Charge: A 20% service charge will be automatically added to all services upon check-out.
