Sarah Ben, the receptionist at the spa, was absolutely lovely and incredibly accommodating. She went above and beyond to help me secure a last-minute massage appointment, even working around normal business hours to make it happen. Her kindness and excellent customer service made the entire experience stress-free and welcoming.My massage with Phides was excellent. She provided a deep tissue massage with just the right amount of pressure, tailored perfectly to my preferences. I asked her to focus on the stiffness in my upper back, and she did a fantastic job targeting that area. I left feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably less stiff. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend both Sarah and Phides for their professionalism and care.

It was my daughter’s birthday, and I had scheduled massages for the two of us. One of the employees had to cancel, so my daughter got her massage & I was given a complimentary pedicure. It was great! Rusty and her staff were very apologetic and treated us so warm. My daughter loved her massage, and that’s what I wanted. It was her day! We were set up with champagne, fruit, cheese, chocolate, etc. to hang out before & after our services. They were great!

I booked a massage here, and will be back! The staff are professional, and set to vibe from the time you walk in the door. I was able to relax in the lounge and look out over the wharf with a glass of champagne before my massage. The massage bed was heated, and the scents used in the room were calming - I didn't want it to end! The massage therapist was very professional and made sure the pressure, temperature and coverage were comfortable for me. Tip was included in the price I paid after the service was complete.

Pricey/over $200, for a 80 min basic massage but Well worth the money! The massage was not basic at all! I have been to a lot of spa’s different message envy’s and small private company’s and I have never left completely satisfied! Ian was so professional and made adjustments along the way making sure I was receiving the best care. Thank you!
