Sarah Ben, the receptionist at the spa, was absolutely lovely and incredibly accommodating. She went above and beyond to help me secure a last-minute massage appointment, even working around normal business hours to make it happen. Her kindness and excellent customer service made the entire experience stress-free and welcoming.

My massage with Phides was excellent. She provided a deep tissue massage with just the right amount of pressure, tailored perfectly to my preferences. I asked her to focus on the stiffness in my upper back, and she did a fantastic job targeting that area. I left feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably less stiff. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend both Sarah and Phides for their professionalism and care.

Come for the Vibes, Stay for the Massages!My wife and I celebrated our 4-year anniversary by getting massages at this wonderful hidden gem of a spa along the Wharf in DC. Hong checked us in and was so sweet to offer us both prosecco and chocolates in the lounge area while we relaxed in our robes. Phides gave each of us a 1-hour massage back to back, and she was a pro! My wife went first and enjoyed her massage so much she slept the entire hour she was back in the lounge area while I got mine. Definitely planning to go back again!

I have to give it to the team at Intercontinental Washington DC!! I spent a night in The Knot Suite for a mini girls wknd The staff went above and beyond. They made a pointed effort to ensure that our stay was relaxing, enjoyable and seamless! The spa team worked extra hard to ensure that we had a luxurious experience with amazing massages and an ambiance that allowed us to revel in the moment! The view from our suite was spectacular! It would've been great if the large suites included extra fridge space and a microwave to warm up food/leftovers. That being said, the staff was truly outstanding! We truly appreciated their extra effort and have to say kudos to the whole team. I will definitely be back!

Great massage and spa loungeWe did not stay at the hotel but used the spa. Phides understood the assignment. Great massage with expert knowledge of how muscles work. Relaxing but technical. The lounge area is a plus. You can relax before and after, with great views of the water, tea and snacks.
